All treats are baked to order. It usually takes 2-3 days for an order to be completed before it is ready for delivery, pick up or to be shipped out. Once an order is received we will follow up to confirm what has been ordered. All orders purchased in the city limits of Flagstaff/Sedona/Munds Park and Williams can be delivered. MPDT is happy to ship your order within the Continental US. A flat rate of $9 will be added to your order. Our turn around on out of state orders will be about 3-5 business days, however; we have no control on actual shipping time once a package is left with the carrier (USPS). The purchaser will always receive a tracking number as well as a notice of when their dog treats are expected to arrive. Please note that once the product has been shipped, we will not be responsible for loss or damage of product.

We follow State, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as well as the American Association of Feed Control (AAFCO) guidelines. All of our treats have been sent out to be individually tested and analyzed at NPal Laboratories for protein, fat, fiber and moisture content. Each of our dog treat packages provide a guaranteed analysis, as well as a list of all the ingredients used and also includes a best used by date.

Yes, all of our dog treats are free from artificial preservatives and coloring. We use natural preservatives such as cinnamon, honey, sage and rosemary. Our chicken breast jerky is hormone free, steroid free, sugar free and has no antibiotics.

All of our biscuit type treats can be stored in the pantry. All our biscuit treats are baked in a special way ensure that all the moisture is removed which then allows for no refrigeration. The result of the special baking process is that the dog biscuit is a cracker or biscotti style treat that the dogs love for its taste and crunch. Our chicken jerky is placed in a dehydrator and then baked in the oven to make sure all possible bacteria are destroyed. Our chicken jerky has sage and rosemary as a natural preservative. They are packed with a food safe oxygen absorber. We recommend that our chicken jerky when opened be stored in the refrigerator.
